What
We Do and Do Not Do
Please read the following information that addresses online
privacy and consumer protection:
We do NOT share e-mail addresses obtained via communication
with visitors to our site with anyone. Data we collect is
used solely by Krack!Media in the course of our business.
You may from time to time receive e-mail newsletters from
us. We do not send out newsletters unsolicited. If you receive
one, either you are a customer or at some point expressed
interest in our services. If at any time you wish to stop
receiving such e-mails, please contact
us and you will be removed from our mailing list.
As is typical, we log http requests to our server. This means
that we know the originating IP (e.g. 18.29.0.1) address of
an agent requesting a URL, the visitor's domain name, referral
data, and browser and platform type. We do not log the specific
identity of visitors. We occasionally analyze the log files
to determine which files are most requested.
We use cookies to provide useful features on our website
for our customers. They enable us to personalise your visit
to our site. Cookies themselves do not personally identify
users (although they do identify a user's computer). Most
browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you prefer,
you can set yours to refuse cookies. However, you may not
be able to take full advantage of the website's functionality
if you do so. We therefore recommend that you leave the facility
to receive cookies switched on.
We also count, track and aggregate (completely non-identifying)
the visitor's activity into our analysis of general traffic
flows to our site. To these ends, we may merge information
about you into group data, which may then be shared on an
aggregates basis with our advertisers; we will not disclose
your individual identity or personal data without your permission.
When we do present aggregated information to outside companies,
no one will be able to identify you or contact you.
Logged information is not disclosed outside of Krack!media
staff and personnel. Aggregate statistics (completely non-identifying)
generated from these logs may be reported as part of research
results.
Refund Policy: We are in the business to provide a service. Therefore, it is difficult to provide any sort of refund. If the service provided was not what you expected, then we will make every effort to work out an arrangement that is beneficial to both of us. As in any service industry, we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible prior to agreeing on terms. That way we both end up happy.
Cancellation Policy: For web hosting, our clients can cancel at any time and recurring invoices for future hosting service will cease. For web design services, full payment as agreed in the contract is expected once the project has started. The project starts upon contract acceptance which is defined as both parties having signed the document.
For further explanations, please feel free to contact us.
