Five photo galleries using two different styles.
 

Concept:

In the buisness of custom home construction, the easiest way to showcase your work is with photos.  So this site was going to be built around just enough verbage to tell the story while the pictures showed the detail in volumes.
 

Approach:

Damon Builders philosophy is to focus on the details.  And with a master craftsmen as an owner, highly customized kitchens are usually part of the project too.  So we decided to break the main photo gallery into 4 categories:  exteriors, interiors, kitchens, and details. 

Then on a seperate page, we thought it would be a good idea to really dive into "the details" as that is what they do. So we picked 4 photos where Jared Damon could describe the various aspects of that picture so a client could see what sets them apart from the others.
 

Challenges:

As a challenge, this was minor in that we had to comb through hundreds and hundreds of photos and help the client decide on grouping and a sort order.
 
A secondary challenge was creating an animated header for the home page that was eye-catching and showed a house going from a sketch to completion.
