Here, the site owner can edit content at will through an easy-to-use online tool. The 2nd image in the screenshots to the right shows the Live Edit tool for this site's Services page. When saved, the changes are reflected in the site immediately as seen in the 3rd image.

Concept:

The owner of Wordsmith wanted a non-corporate looking site that invites prospects in. Since writing is the cornerstone of Wordsmith, it was imperative that they be able to update almost all of the text on the site, along with many of the graphics, at will.

Approach:

Since the navigation was fairly straightforward and there were few "bells and whistles" to be concerned with, all attention was on the overall site aesthetics. We worked with the site owner very closely with each major section: background texture, navigation, and main content area.

Challenges:

We started with a basic layout and then worked closely with the client on each area to be sure the right colors and textures were used instead of letting the designers choose from an overall scheme.
